BPAA to Honor Proprietors of the Year
Proprietors nominated by State Associations to
be recognized at Bowl Expo 2005


ARLINGTON, TEXAS - The Bowling Proprietors' Association of America (BPAA) has announced 21 recipients of the newly created Proprietor of the Year awards, which will be presented during BPAA's Annual Meeting at International Bowl Expo 2005 in Orlando, Fla. on Monday, June 27.

This new, prestigious award is presented to a proprietor in each
state who has been nominated for outstanding contributions to the
industry and sport of bowling. Affiliated BPAA state associations each submitted one nomination from their state, and those nominations were then reviewed by BPAA's Awards Committee. These new awards are intended to take the old 'Certificates of Achievement' and raise the importance, prestige and visibility of proprietors' accomplishments on the state and local levels.
