The rules are available on pages 5 and 6 of the QUBICA/IFT Center How To Manual - 2007. Most of the rules have stayed the same, but please note below a few important items: 1.) This year’s entry fee is the same as last year, $22. Your center will keep $12 and $10 will be sent to the state office for every in-house team entry that bowls at the in-house level. This $22 fee includes the cost of lineage at the state finals, funds for scholarships at the state level, the IBCA’s administration expenses and the cost of the national spots from BPAA. 2.) In-house qualifying will begin December 11, 2006 and will run through April 13, 2007. Entries for the state finals must be returned to the IBCA office by Friday, April 20, 2007. Any entries received after this date will be assessed a $50 late fee. The state finals will be held May 19 and 20, 2007 at Riverside Fun Center in Peru, IN. The national finals will be July 26-28, 2007 at Indian Lanes in Wyandotte, Michigan (Detroit area). 3.) The advancement ratio is 1 out of every 5 in-house teams advance to the state level. Only one team from the Parent/Youth Division and one team from the Parent/Teen Division will advance to the national finals. 4.)
